alright, I have a story here that you might probably able to relate to:
(and once again I am stating this clear, the 'YOU's in my posts are not pointed to any specific individuals, it meant the general readers of this blog, thank you.)

There was once a famous restaurant that served only soup. Yes soups, thousands and thousands bowls sold daily. The people loved it so much that every day there would be a long queue outside the restaurant.

Unfortunately, years past and the main chef died from old age. There came a new chef, he was mean and cruel towards his kitchen assistants and waitresses, no one in the restaurant liked him. Days and weeks past and customers started to complain about the degrading taste of the soup, and the queue grew shorter and shorter. Not long after, the crew in the restaurant had a big fight with the chef and everything fell apart.

Not realising his folly, the chef blew his top and chased everyone away from his restaurant, even all the kitchen assistants, the waitresses, the cashier and even the delivery boy. Every day, he would sit in the kitchen, looking at his pot of soup and thinking to himself, "my soup taste the best, they just don't know how to appreciate it! They are just jealous!".

He started to grow miserable over every single thing, whenever he saw smiles on others, he would cry out to himself, "look! they are mocking at me again, they are an evil bunch!". And when people step into his restaurant (not knowing what had happened), he chased them away shouting "you people just hate my soup don't you? Stay away and stop bothering me!".

Finally, after three long years, the police found him hanging dead in the restaurant with a note beside his pot of soup which wrote: "I know all of you hate me! You all just wished that I would die quickly don't you! I finally had enough of this world! The mocking, the misery, the pain I'm suffering from! No one knows! Now that I am going to go away from this world, you all would be happy eh?!" with that he ended off.

    What's the ending?

A dead body with handcuffs on his wrist because suiciding is a crime & no one to bother about him (nor be happy with his death) because what can they do?

There are a few things this man did not do which could have made a turning point to his life,
1stly, he failed to value comments from others (that his soup don't taste nice.).
2nd, he failed to understand that these comments are there to help him improve and not to shame him nor degrade him.
3rd, even if he understood the importance of their comments, he failed to use them to make a change.
4th, he refuse to look at his failure and admit that he needs a change.
5th, he focused too much on his problem than the solution to it.
6th, he thinks too much because he misunderstood about people's intention and it turns into grudge.

Anyway, I believe I used quite a number of times of the word "failed", and here I wanna say that, FAILURE is not a choice neither is it an option. Like the old chinese proverbs saying "failure is the mother of success.". Every great successor has his/her own part of failure, we may not see it but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Every inch of success takes 10 kilometres of failure same as every good results take efforts and hard work to accomplish.

Without failure, who would know the true taste of success?
