It's me again! (who else can it be?) Yay its another day Kaiser woke up early again, in fact, earlier. I became conscious at around 0430hrs. Stayed on my bed for my mini devotion till around 0530hrs (probably lesser). Then I continued to my dining room and sorted my wallet (my mum and Ai has been nagging me for that). After which I decided to do some morning exercise, so I changed and around 0610hrs I got downstairs to the fitness corner, all the way until 0700hrs, got home and bathe.

Then here I am, sitting infront of the comp, watching GODTV before realising I didn't blog and didn't got online lol. Why did I blog about this? Because it suddenly came to my mind that for the past 1 week, I've changed pretty alot. I must admit I HATE to exercise, really. I nearly put the idea of exercise away just now before I went down.

So let me be the motivation for all of ya out there that doesn't exercise. If the lazy, late-waking, reluctant-to-exercise, Kaiser can do it. SO CAN YOU! Wait wait wait, did I hear anyone say something? (well, you exercise now because you're going into the NS!). No, that certainly is not the reason, it's just that a few people said that I've grown fatter, even my mum.. =(. And yes indeed my tummy has got extra friends, so I'm trying my best to get rid of it lol. So those people that face having extra friends on your tummy, stop giving excuses (like I used to..) and start doing something about it! =). (and don't resort to taking slimming pills or going to expensive weight reducing treatment, cos pure exercise is the cheapest and most effective.)

Alright, enough about it, just my 2cents worth, to be or not to be, the choice is yours =).

And yeah if anyone is wondering about the url of GODTV, I've posted it below. I personally prefer the USA stream because there are Joyce Meyer, Benny Hinn. And also GODTV world, it's got Joel Osteen, and many many more. =). So check it out now!~ I'm glad that I came across this url, been wanting to watch GODtv so so so long ago (always envious they got such stuffs on their tv channels) so thank GOD for it, and it's great cos it's like sermons, worship, and stuffs anytime as long as I'm online!~
