Woah, I believe people that know me knows that ever since my "holiday" started, I've been like gaming pretty late into the
night morning daily. And everyone told me (including my parents) that my bio clock is pretty messed up because I'm the direct opposite from people.
Now I tell you my bio clock is really messed up (after I've decided to wake early everyday). For the past 4 days, I've been waking up early in the morning. 1st day I woke up at 10.30am (not so bad) cause I slept at 12am the previous day, 2nd day I woke up at 8.30am (wow nice improvement) but I got only 6-7hours of sleep, 3rd day I woke up at 5.50am (absurd) when I slept at 12.30am the previous day.
And today, 7.50am. For your info, last night I slept at 3+a.m. I tried to sleep early but I can't cos I ate a pretty big plate of rice + soup for supper ytd @ around 1+am. But I'm happy with the improvement on my waking time haha. No long waking up in the afternoon feeling wasted.
And before I close up this post, I'd better add in some pictures if not Ai gonna complain that baby's pics are not up again. Well I only took 1 picture of him in his deep little sleep hahaha.
