Today I suppose I'll be rather busy, because yesterday I slacked too much. And after work went for my "haircut" or rather just trimming because it's still long. Reach home and started working on something, because I'll be busy for the whole week. And there would not be time for me to do my stuffs. I worked late into 1a.m yesterday.

This whole week is gonna be packed. Which means only till next week I'm kinda free because I have to finish the PowerPoint slides soon on Thursday, and was told I'll be given a typing job. My supervisor told me with some awkwardness in her tone: "it's gonna be boring.. ha ha..".

And all this sums up to: 2weeks left to create a blog skin. Which includes coding and designing. Cool... Haven really done a blogskin myself, all the while just personalising others, so it's gonna be my first this time. Some of you may think, hey what's so difficult about creating a blogskin? Well, I'm a newbie, so ya, it's difficult for me.

Alright, I shall now go work on my PowerPoint. God Bless.

Alright new list of plannings ahead.

Not to forget I still have my blog skin to make, and I'll start it pretty soon, by the end of this month, July. Still searching for my theme, and with that I'll get it started soon. (suddenly I have a theme that comes to my head). Alright, theme = animation. Too general? We'll see about that, I'll think of a focus.

Some stuffs about me, I have a liking for acting, but it's different from those star-wannabe. I don't want fame but just love the feeling of being in a different plot, different experience of life. Therefore I've signed up for the Drama Ministry in City Harvest, one thing I lack is confidence. And I really do get nervous over this despite many times I've act in dramas in school. Never been to a drama interview, therefore I'm kinda excited yet nervous about the one coming on Sunday, 15July.

I also have a liking for drawing and designing, always wished to be able to draw better, and do designing, not because it is a hot topic and everyone is doing it, but because I find it interesting to me. Hence I wish to make animations, where you combine acting (storyboarding) and designing (animating). Wish to have a team of people where we can work together and make animations that people appreciate and love (anime makers, their stuffs are everywhere and known.). One difficulty in this area is that I'm always too lazy to get started.

One reason I'm blogging it down, it's because I want to constantly remind my self of it, and publicize it as a form of vowing my commitment on it. Although it isn't officially a vow, but I'll treat it as one, and certainly hope that one day I'll be what I wish to be.

I believe and I'll achieve. Ask and will receive.


Jayel, Sam and I and also a few like-minded friends are gonna form up a small drawing group ( real passionate for drawing), where we are gonna learn and brush up our drawing techniques from one another. We are gonna start off small, so we'll grow as one and till we are able to impart to others. The current idea we are having now is to meet up one day of every week to learn and discuss. One must not dwell in the past and move on. But sometimes the past is just so affecting to the present. But well I've got my affirmation and now, nothing matters most other than truth itself.

Look at living in the memoirs of the past as living in a template, you USED TO BE troubled over some matters and now you are still feeling that emotion from that problem. Its going to be that your life follow this set of template closely that you'll never break free from that bondage.

Some solutions that are often being given:

-talk to a friend about your problems, or rather, share.
-sit down and tell yourself it's all the past.
-get a new hobby (a healthy one) to distract you from it.
-change perspective of looking at things. (attitude)

For the above, its a common solution to this problem, but the problem lies here. How many of those people, are willing to act and seek those solution? Most of us are unwilling to do anything about yet we still kept complaining about our problems, and that includes me too. Often, I'll complain about my life being bored, yet I refuse to act upon this problem.

And a solution to this problem:

- Stop giving excuses!

Don't say no one is willing to share, because I am.
Don't say you can't break away from the past(problems).
Don't say there's no other hobby you can be involved in, because there's so many activities out there, including blading =).

For all things to change, tell yourself you must first change. Affect your environment and not let your environment affect you. Its just so saddening when you go to someone's blog and all day long they blog about how "sian" their life is. Everyday blog about "sian" of course its "sian". Change that, stop blogging about how "sian" you are, thing positively, find something to indulge in, and come back to share with people of your experiences and things you've learnt about.

At least this is what I think because I used to blog about how super duper bored my days are, and seriously, that really bores other people out too. I'm not trying to say we should put on a mask and lie. I'm saying, think positively because there are much more reasons to rejoice from than being bored and sad everyday. Being able to live and breathe and walk and hear and seeing our love ones is already a blessing isn't it? Be glad, because many people out there can't.

There is one reason why I blogged this post. Because I'm not going to let the dying-blog trend affect me! If you look at my blog links, 80% of the blogs there are DEAD, and I seriously meant dead. I know I know, busy right? In army, Internet down, going out everyday, nothing to blog, don't feel like blogging, blog also no one read. I'm not gonna let such excuses flood my head and stop me from blogging.

I'm sorry that it's been a long post, but I really do hope that I can be of help to you because for the above, I've been through it. And I'm always ready to lend a listening ear, that is, if you are willing to share with me of course. Take care and be blessed.

Hey people, I'm here again.

For a few days down the road, I'm suppose to do the research for my supervisor, so basically I'll be doing "nothing" in the office. So I was thinking that I should really blog down my schedule, or rather sit down and think and plan ahead of what am I gonna do.

alright. 1stly, Its the Great Singapore Sale, and as usual, I ain't very much interested to go out there and snatch stuffs with those aunties. But what I know is that things are probably going on very cheap and I needa get alot of stuffs on budget. And I really need to find a day and really go shop for clothes and pants.

And, I need to purchase stickers, anyone got any idea where to get them? Specifically, they ain't those stickers with Pikachus or powerpuff girls you see on them. I prefer those with designs, or just plain letter stickers. Because I need to customise my phone cover and laptop. (suddenly thought of ArtFriend, alright shall visit them this Wednesday). Cause I need get a black fabric marker for my shoe. Anyway, anyone knows where to get them cheap please let me know. Thanks.

The files in my laptop needs arranging and many things I needa configure for my lappy, which I need to use for my blogskin coming up! Its the 2nd of July already, and I haven got anything started. And I can see a packed schedule for me, so my only available time is those few hours in the office and at home.

As you can see, there are many things I wanna do, of course not neglecting my goals and stuffs, but that'll would be after my blogskin. Still need to get alot of things arranged 1st, because I really cannot work in a messy environment. I need to persist!! And that my brain can really think and think because I still cannot get any idea on what to design. Shall do some research later...

Back again!

Just an annoucement, as I suddenly have this thought of creating my own layout and skin for this blog. Although I edited and personalise the codes from the original skin into my own skin (current), still it is considered the works of others.

Therefore I've decided to code, design from scratch into something of my own, something that is unique. But, one important point here, that is, it'll take quite some time because I still need to settle and organise data from my external hdd into my lappy (just reformatted), and I'll have to install the various programs in order to work on the design and the codes.

So please bear with me, because I feel this might take months, haha. But I shall give myself a deadline - By the month of July! For the time being, stick with me with my current skin.


Basic layout plan:

Theme: [ Brainstorming in progress]
Color:(as usual) Black and white.
Background: Self-drawn/design.
Format(tabs/one-piece): One-piece, same as current.
Miscellaneous items: Short flash animation, Music player, Tagboard.
Widgets: Similar to current.
Ads: Organised - depends on layout.

Back to blog again.

Was just pondering over this question in my mind:

What is my talent?

Somehow somewhere I feel that I have no talents at all, which at the same time I feel that it is possible to not have any talents at all, and I kept contradicting myself on the topic. And the fact about this is that I don't know my own talent.

What am I good at? I seriously don't know. I only know what I like, but I do not know what am I good at. There seems to not have a proper goal in my life. This is frustrating, but I guess I'll just have to spend more time thinking and one day I'll have the proper answer. I suppose..

So, have you found your talents and goals yet?

well just testing, because no matter how many times i refresh the blog, I'm unable to see the post right after my drawing, maybe blogger doesn't like it. =(

[ ok now I do see it. ]

Anyway, to prevent people from mistaking the my intention of blogging in "You" and "I", its not because I blog only to let others read, the "You" refers to anyone reading the blog, so the I is the inner me and the You includes me as well.

Meaning to say, when I read the blog, it serves as an reminder to me. It's like I'm telling myself to do this and that. So yah, the stuffs I blog about here is to express myself and it applies to me myself as well. So please do not get offended by any content in my posts. Cheers.
